Finalize the sweet details
After we’ve established that we’re a match made in heaven, I’ll send over a photography agreement along with a non-refundable retainer invoice. Once you autograph the paperwork and submit your retainer, your session will be officially booked. Leave the rest to me!

1. What is your required deposit to book a session?
To book your big day, all photography packages require a 25% NON-refundable retainer due at the time of booking. While this is non-refundable, it is transferable to a new date if needed!
2. What is your cancellation policy? Can we reschedule if something comes up?
I understand that unexpected events can happen—that’s life! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate your new date. The 25% retainer is still non-refundable but is transferable to your rescheduled session. In the event of a cancellation, please notify me in writing via email. Both parties will need to autograph a cancellation agreement.
3. How long does it take to receive my gallery?
You can expect to receive a sneak peek of your images within 24-48 hours of our shoot. The complete gallery will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
4. How does a digital gallery work?
Your online gallery will be launched within 2 weeks after your event. These pictures will be ready for download without watermarks and at no extra cost. Expect the gallery to be emailed to you for easy access!
5. How will I receive my files? Do I get a print release?
Files are delivered via an online gallery, including full high-resolution photos and digital downloads. The images do not have watermarks or logos. I highly recommend downloading and backing up your images immediately.
6. What if the weather doesn’t cooperate on the day of our shoot?
While we can't control the weather, every condition offers unique opportunities for stunning photos. If it rains or is too sunny, we can adjust our plans. I’m always happy to reschedule if necessary to ensure the best results.
7. How do we ensure you capture our wedding day vision?
I prioritize getting to know you as a couple before your session. Through our conversations and by reviewing what you’re dreaming up, I aim to tailor the shoot to reflect your personalities and relationships to a T!
8. What if we’re not comfortable in front of the camera?
Many couples feel this way, and it’s completely normal! I’ll guide you through poses and activities to make the experience feel natural and enjoyable. Plus, I’m an 11/10 hype woman so if you’re not feeling hot as hell within 10 minutes of your session, I owe you a margarita!
