Julia & Andrew chose to elope in Las Vegas with style and purpose. They said “I do” under the neon glow of the famous Little White Wedding Chapel, embracing all the charm and quirk that makes Vegas iconic. After the ceremony, they jumped into a vintage Mustang and sped toward the desert, chasing the golden light and wide open skies. Their elopement blended old-school Vegas magic with a cinematic desert escape, and I had the absolute honor of capturing every moment.
We started the day at the Signature Towers at MGM Grand, where Julia and Andrew got ready in separate suites. The excitement and nerves built as they put on their wedding attire, each surrounded by the soft buzz of anticipation. Once they were dressed and ready, we set up a private first look just outside the elevators. The moment Julia tapped Andrew on the shoulder, everything else fell away — it was intimate, emotional, and the perfect way to kick off their Vegas elopement adventure.
After their first look, Julia and Andrew stepped into a white 1965 Mustang Convertible, rented from 777 Exotcis, the kind of car that turns heads and feels straight out of a movie. With the top down and the Vegas skyline in the rearview, they cruised through the city toward the Little White Wedding Chapel. Once we arrived, they headed straight to the charming outdoor gazebo for a private ceremony. No guests, no distractions, just the two of them exchanging vows under the soft sway of string lights and palm trees. It was sweet, simple, and beautifully intentional.
After the ceremony, we took some time to photograph Julia and Andrew around the Little White Wedding Chapel. The Vegas charm created the perfect setting for their newlywed portraits. From the classic chapel exterior to the playful details scattered around the property, every corner added a little more personality to their love story. Julia and Andrew looked effortlessly stylish, and the photos captured that just-married magic in true Vegas fashion.
After wrapping up at the chapel, we hit the road and made it to Jean Dry Lake Bed just in time for sunset. The landscape may be minimal, a wide stretch of cracked earth, but the scene was anything but ordinary. With the soft glow of golden hour lighting up the mountains in the distance, the dry lake bed became a dreamy, cinematic backdrop. The vintage Mustang, the open desert, and that glowing sky all came together to create something unforgettable. Julia and Andrew embraced the moment, and it felt like something straight out of a movie.
Julia and Andrew’s elopement was proof that you don’t need a big wedding to have a big love story. From a quiet first look to saying “I do” at one of Vegas’s most iconic chapels, and then chasing the sunset in a vintage Mustang, every part of their day felt intentional, personal, and perfectly them. It was a reminder that eloping doesn’t mean missing out, it means making space for what matters most.
